Any subscription will require a payment:
• An account of 50% per bank transfer (bank charges are supported by customers) on the credit of Viaggiare bank account.
• The balance must be paid cash in euro at the latest 15 days before the beginning or at the arrival of the trip.
In case we have not received the balance at the term of payment, Viaggiare could not guarantee the reservation expected in the descriptive of services.


If for any reasons, the customer must cancel his travel, the paid sum will be kept according to the following list:
• From 2 months to 15 days before the departure: 75% of the paid account,
• From 14 days to the departure day: the total account.
In case of irregularity which can reach the security of customers, Viaggiare will cancel the travel and pay back the totality of the sum already paid without pretending to pay any allowance.


Viaggiare underwrites a civil and professional responsibility insurance which applies to tourism agency in Madagascar and covers only the Malagasy Republic territory.
Travellers are advised to underwrite a cancellation and sanitary repatriation insurance.


The indicated prices are made out in Euro, per person, and fixed according to the exchange rate in force at the moment of calculating prices. An increase of prices due to a fluctuation of the exchange rate, a rise of airline tickets can obliged Viaggiare to modify its prices. If the increase is over 10%, the traveller can cancel his journey without charges within the 5 days after the information communicated by Viaggiare.


Once the bank transfer is done, we would like you to send us by fax the copy of the credit slip duly signed by the bank for confirmation.
